CO2气相压裂综放工作面顶板弱化技术研究

摘要: 为了探究CO2气相压裂技术在综放工作面顶板弱化中的应用,对顶板压裂技术特点进行深入分析,并在常村煤矿N3-1工作面进行工程试验,通过观测综采支架压力监测系统变化,以及采用防爆相机和钻孔窥视仪观测压裂效果。研究表明,气相压裂技术弱化顶板的效果明显,工作面初次来压步距与全矿平均距离相比提前18m左右,与传统炸药技术相比,具有更高的安全系数,可为综放工作面的安全开采提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: In order to study the application of CO2 phase-transforming fracturing technology on coal seam roof weakening, the technology of fracturing on coal seam roof was analyzed and engineering experiments were conducted. The effect of fracturing was observed by the change of pressure monitoring system of fully mechanized mining support and explosion proof camera and drilling peep instrument. The results show that the effect of CO2 phase-transforming fracturing technology was significant, the distance of first step of the working face to press the step advanced for 18 meters comparing with the average distance of the mine. The safety factor increases comparing with traditional explosive technology. This technology provides references for other mines to mine safely in fully mechanized caving face.
